Our office is more than happy to provide Special Occasion Certificates to constituents that are celebrating milestone birthdays or anniversaries. In addition to an official certificate from me, additional certificates can be arranged for from the following:

Certificates from the Prime Minister:

Certificates to Canadians are available from the Prime Minister for the following occasions:
• 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th, 45th wedding anniversaries
• 50th wedding anniversaries and up
• 65th and 70th birthdays
• 75th birthdays and up
(in intervals of 5 years)

Messages from the Governor General:

Messages from the Governor General are available for Canadians celebrating:
• 90th birthdays and up
• 50th wedding anniversaries and up
(in intervals of 5 years)

Messages from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II:

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will send messages to acknowledge Canadians who are:
• 100 years of age or older
• Celebrating 60 years or more of marriage
(in intervals of 5 years)

The recipient’s SIN number or a photocopy of their birth certificate must accompany birthday message requests from Her Majesty. A photocopy of the marriage certificate is required for anniversary messages. By clicking the Cerficitate Requests icon below, you will submit your form electronically, one of my staff will be in contact with you to get copies of these documents.

To ensure on-time delivery of messages, please submit your request as early as possible. For messages from the Governor General and the Queen, requests must be made at least eight weeks before the event date.
